The management model is participative

  1. Active, coordinated and co-responsible participation of the different people and groups that constitute the educational community is fundamental in order to achieve the students’ education.
  2. Participation open to the initiative of all the educators with their hopes and energies at the service of the overall educational work of the School.
  3. Participation which is governed by coherence criteria with the Educational Project: representativeness, co-responsibility and complementarity. The areas and levels of participation of each section of the educational community are set out in the School Handbook and in the Coexistence Manual.

Basic conditions of the management model

  1. Competence, availability, coherence and capacity for commitment of all members.
  2. Priority for the common interests of the educational community.
  3. The educational needs of the student and the quality of teaching as priority reasons, which provide meaning to proposals and decisions.
  4. Dialogue, understanding and respect as means of interaction.
